i'm going to the beach today! i'm trying to get really tan before i begin high school. i can't believe where the time has gone. i graduated the most loving, caring and best school possible. i'm going to miss it there so much along with all my funny, loving teachers. although i'm happy to be a freshhiee, i'm nervous too!

Getting fit for fall school sports ♥ tip #O1
i know that once summer comes around, we all get bored and decide to pig out. i also know that a lot of us (me!) like to just sit back and relax during this season. well, once fall comes around && school begins, we're all going to have a tough time being fit for sports ♥
 
this tip is going to show you how you can stay fit and healthy not only for being ready for sports, but for yourself!
 
*♥* for breakfast every morning, try to go for a high fiber/protein food. i recommend drinking a protein shake. at the bottom i will list recipes for protein shakes that i really like.
 
*♥* for lunch, eat a sandwich! any type of sandwich you want. make sure that if you're going to use cheese, to use only one slice && that if you want mayonnaise, use only the serving size and make sure it's low fat!
 
*♥* for dinner, eat meat, chicken or fish. they will keep you full til your next breakfast. add a side dish. usually i'll have broccoli and green beans or peppers and onions.
 
*♥* for snacks, snack on some nuts or fruit. if you do eat nuts, make sure you eat the serving size as well. the fats in nuts are healthy, but many people tend to go over.. like me. 8 almonds is just enough.
 
*♥* eat on a tinier plate! when i would eat on a large plate, i would try and eat everything on it. i was stuffed to the point where i could not move. using a small plate has taugh me portion sizes.
 
now that we're done with healthy food, onto the exercise!
 
*♥* run for 15 minutes everyday. over the summer, i do this. in the beginning i can't run for more than 5 minutes but you will get the hang of it. run an extra minute/minute && a half and you'll get there.
 
*♥* swimming! who doesn't love swimming in the summer.. this is kind of self-explanatory for how it helps you. just make sure to do laps and to start breathing a little heavy.
 
*♥* look up exercises online such as p90x or insanity. anything to make you sweat, and it'll get you back in shape in no team.

Vanilla Proten Shake
 
♥ 1 oz protein powder (vanilla)
 
♥ 23 cup skim milk
